JobSilo SMS Terms

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms describe the text messages that businesses send to their customers with JobSilo. JobSilo is software made by Silo Surgo LLC, 12606 Halfmoon Lake Terrace, Bradenton, FL 34211.

For people who receive texts

Program. A spray-foam or polyjacking business that uses JobSilo (the "business") sends you texts about your job, such as quote links, appointment and "on the way" messages, payment links, and receipts. The business is the sender. It sends the texts from its own phone or through its own account with a text provider such as Twilio. Silo Surgo does not send these texts.

Consent. You receive these texts because you gave the business your mobile number and agreed to receive texts about your job. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with your job.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that business's number. A business texting through Twilio's standard opt-out handling sends one message confirming that you have opted out. To start again, reply START or ask the business.

Help. Reply HELP for help, contact the business directly (its details are on your quote), or email support@jobsilo.app or call (786) 878-2685.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing. See the JobSilo Privacy Policy at jobsilo.app/privacy. The business's own privacy practices apply to the information it keeps about you.

For shops that send texts

When you text a customer from JobSilo, you are the sender, whether the text goes from your phone or through your own Twilio account. If you use Twilio, register your business and number as carriers require (A2P 10DLC), and keep Twilio's opt-out handling for STOP, START, and HELP turned on. Before you text a customer, you must have the consent the law requires to receive texts about their job, and you must keep records of that consent. Texts must be about the customer's job, not marketing. Section 9 of the JobSilo Terms and Conditions sets out your full responsibilities under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and similar laws.

Suggested consent wording for your quote, work order, or intake form:

I agree to receive text messages from this business about my job, such as quotes, appointment updates, and receipts, at the mobile number I provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Terms: jobsilo.app/sms.

Put this wording on a form that shows your business name, next to the mobile number field.
